Job summary

Intelassist is seeking a Project Coordinator in a hybrid setup to manage data collection for engineering studies. The role serves as the communication link between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather required information accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, written and spoken English, and organizational tasks, coordinating schedules and documentation across multiple teams and tools. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Ring Central) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of project data from clients, including building appraisals, property drawings, and other required documentation.
• Organize and track all incoming project information to ensure completeness.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients primarily via email and occasionally via phone.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete data.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within project management systems (e.g., Monday.com).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
