The ideal candidate has good English communication, basic computer skills, and is customer-service oriented.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No Call Center/BPO experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and navigation skills.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications products and services.
• Handle concerns related to billing, accounts, plans, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic service and technical issues.
• Provide accurate information and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update account information.
