Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and inquiries (billing, meds, urgent needs)
• Follow inbound call procedures and scripts for consistent service
• Triages and resolves common inbound concerns and schedules adjustments
• Assist with medication status questions and pharmacy communications
• Document interactions in CRM with HIPAA-compliant records
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
• Maintain availability during scheduled shifts and provide feedback for engagement improvements
