Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year allied healthcare degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a CSR role supporting U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound support environment.
• Strong commitment to HIPAA compliance and internal policies.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations and connect with patients.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Makati or Pasig.
• Available Monday to Friday on US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers, handling scheduling, billing inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Adhere to inbound call procedures and scripts for consistent communication.
• Triage and resolve scheduling, insurance, and medication queries, and assist with urgent needs.
• Log call details in CRM with HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing support.
• Maintain availability for inbound calls during scheduled shifts.
• Provide feedback to improve engagement strategies and patient care.
