Job summary

Pax8 Global is hiring a Partner Support Engineer in Makati City, Philippines, to help global partners solve technical challenges in a fast-moving AI-powered marketplace. You will handle technical conversations across phone, email, web, and chat with ownership from first contact to resolution.

You will become a marketplace expert on operations, orders, billing, migrations, and integrations, coordinating with vendors and Product/Engineering to improve customer outcomes while maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Advanced demonstrated experience in technical or customer support, ideally within a Software as a Service environment.
• Experience supporting managed service providers or working in another partner-led technology ecosystem.
• A practical understanding of marketplace operations such as ordering, billing and migrations.
• Proven ability to investigate technical problems, make sense of large amounts of information and work logically towards a resolution.
• The ability to turn technical detail into clear, accessible communication for different audiences.
• A calm, partner-focused approach when conversations become challenging or frustrating.
• Experience collaborating effectively across technical teams, business teams and external vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work onsite in Makati City from 3:00pm to 12:00am, including Saturdays and Sundays plus three weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Solve partner problems: Take ownership of technical support conversations across phone, email, web and chat, investigating issues and keeping partners informed from first contact through resolution.
• Become a marketplace expert: Build deep knowledge of platform operations, orders, billing, migrations, and third-party integrations.
• Tackle complexity: Diagnose issues logically, bring in specialist support when needed and keep momentum through to resolution.
• Make support smarter: Spot recurring themes and build knowledge content for Product and Engineering.
• Build trust: Translate technical complexity into clear, practical updates for partners.
• Stay curious and adaptable in a fast-changing tech environment.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams and vendors to improve outcomes.
