Pax8 Philippines Inc. is hiring a Partner Support Engineer in Makati City, Philippines. You will support global partners, solving technical challenges and driving value in a fast-moving AI-powered marketplace.

This role blends deep technical troubleshooting with partner communication and ownership, across multiple channels. You’ll build expertise in cloud technologies, marketplace operations, and vendor solutions while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve outcomes.

• Experience supporting managed service providers or partner-led tech ecosystems.
• Practical understanding of marketplace operations such as orders, billing, migrations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical support conversations across phone, email, web and chat.
• Build deep knowledge of platform operations, orders, billing, migrations and integrations.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and escalations with vendors like Microsoft, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Bitdefender and BitTitan.
• Diagnose issues logically and bring in specialist support when needed to resolve cases.
• Translate technical detail into clear, accessible updates for partners.

What you’ll get stuck into

Your day-to-day will give you plenty of variety:

• Solve partner problems: Take ownership of technical support conversations across phone, email, web and chat, investigating issues and keeping partners informed from first contact through resolution.
• Become a marketplace expert: Build deep knowledge of platform operations, orders, billing, migrations, channel changes and third-party integrations.
• Work across leading technologies: Coordinate troubleshooting and escalations involving vendors such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Bitdefender and BitTitan.
• Tackle complexity: Diagnose issues logically, bring in specialist support when needed and keep momentum through to resolution.
• Make support smarter: Spot recurring themes, turn what you learn into useful knowledge content and partner with Product and Engineering to improve longer-term outcomes.
• Build trust: Translate technical complexity into clear, practical updates that give partners confidence in what’s happening and what comes next.
• Keep learning: Stay curious about new technologies, platform changes and better ways to solve problems.

You’ll thrive here if you have

• Advanced demonstrated experience in technical or customer support, ideally within a Software as a Service environment.
• Experience supporting managed service providers or working in another partner-led technology ecosystem.
• A practical understanding of marketplace operations such as ordering, billing and migrations.
• Proven ability to investigate technical problems, make sense of large amounts of information and work logically towards a resolution.
• Familiarity with technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Bitdefender or BitTitan is a plus.
• The ability to turn technical detail into clear, accessible communication for different audiences.
• A calm, partner-focused approach when conversations become challenging or frustrating.
• Confidence balancing immediate fixes with the need to investigate recurring problems properly.Experience collaborating effectively across technical teams, business teams and external vendors.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-changing technology environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work onsite in Makati City from 3:00pm to 12:00am, including Saturdays and Sundays plus three weekdays.
