Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Business Operations Manager to establish scalable systems, KPI frameworks, and robust HR processes that support rapid growth while maintaining culture. You will partner with leadership to optimize hiring, performance measurement, and workflow efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll implement Lean Six Sigma practices, build data-driven decision frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across departments to deliver measurable impact and improved operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, PMO, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience within a BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or another highly process-driven organization is strongly preferred.
• You’ve successfully implemented operational improvements that resulted in measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design better business systems across departments to improve efficiency.
• Build high-performance KPI frameworks and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Strengthen HR & People Operations including onboarding, performance management, and lifecycle processes.
• Drive operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Partner with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and strategic alignment.
