This onsite night-shift role is based in BGC, Taguig. You will mentor reps, develop training materials, monitor feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative service strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience.
• Willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert, providing in-depth guidance and training to the customer service team
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our customer service capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative customer service strategies
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous service enhancements
• Mentor and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and drive professional development
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive training materials and knowledge resources
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
