iOPEX Tech in Taguig is seeking a Team Lead for its BPO operations. You will train, coach, and provide feedback to your team, ensuring goals are met and performance assessed.

You will guide, train, and lead with a strong focus on collaboration, data-driven coaching, and maintaining high service standards. Onsite at Bonifacio Global City with shifting night schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO setup.
• Willing to work onsite on a night/shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Answer procedural and navigational questions; conduct side-by-side coaching and team huddles.
• Meet performance standards and department metrics; set goals.

Job overview:

The team leader for operations is responsible to provide training, coaching and feedback for the team, ensure that the team goals are met, and make performance assessments for each member. They will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the team's potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, quality monitoring, coaching to strengths and opportunities.

• Answering procedural and navigational questions, conducting side by side coaching and conducting team huddles / meetings and updates are sent out.

• Meet performance standards, metrics and set goals set by the department.

• Handle appropriate escalations and communicate to stakeholders when necessary

Requirement:

• Should have at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Team Lead on a BPO set up

• Must be willing to work onsite a nigh/shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
