Job summary

Sukirent is urgently seeking an Online Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate the online sales team across daily operations. You will supervise agents, monitor performance, and help implement effective sales strategies to hit targets.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ecommerce or telesales supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work onsite in Manila. Salary ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 PHP, with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience in ecommerce/online sales or telesales.
• Proven ability to manage sales agents and monitor targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting and spreadsheets.
• Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila City.
• Applicants must be 37 years old or younger.
• Open to all genders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team briefings.
• Monitor agent attendance, productivity, work discipline, and performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and team productivity.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues affecting sales.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with policies.
