Dencom Consultancy and Manpower Services in Pasig seeks a Sales Supervisor to oversee daily retail store operations, drive sales performance, and lead the sales team to hit business targets. The position offers on-site work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a salary range of PHP 30,000–35,000 per month, inclusive of performance-based commission and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations of the retail store.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Train, coach, and supervise sales staff to improve productivity and customer service.
• Maintain store inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and overall store experience.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
