Job summary

Aiple Regenerations Inc is seeking an Online Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our online sales team onsite in Manila. The role focuses on daily operations, coaching, and developing strategies to meet sales targets and boost productivity.

Ideal candidates have ecommerce or telesales supervisory experience, with strong leadership and analytical skills, and must be willing to work onsite. Competitive incentives are provided based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience in e-commerce, online sales, telesales, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing sales agents and monitoring sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance data.
• Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise online sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team briefings.
• Assist in onboarding and training new sales agents.
• Monitor sales performance against targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, inquiries, and sales results.
