Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online channels.
• Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to encourage sales conversions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and address basic concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisor and team to improve sales performance.
• Follow company sales procedures and reporting requirements.
