A leading BPO company is seeking an L1 IT Support professional located in BGC, responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service on a nightshift basis. Candidates must have at least 6 months of IT support experience and familiarity with technologies such as LAN/WAN, Office 365, and Azure. The salary package is up to 36,500 PHP with an additional 18% night differential based on experience. Flexible shift work, including weekends, is required.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of experience in IT support.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve support tickets from various channels.
• Troubleshoot issues including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
• Provide excellent customer service communications.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate as necessary.
• Document issue resolutions and update procedures.
