Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Technical Support Agent to diagnose product issues and guide customers through troubleshooting across voice, chat, and email channels. This onsite role in Ortigas, Pasig City requires a night shift and full-time commitment.

You will document outcomes, elevate complex cases, and ensure accurate case records while delivering helpful, empathetic service to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical support, help desk, product support, or troubleshooting experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable guiding customers through step-by-step troubleshooting over phone and digital channels.
• Able to document symptoms, troubleshooting actions, and outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting customers with product setup, configuration, usage, and questions.
• Documenting issues, steps taken, and outcomes in each support case.
• Escalating cases that require advanced technical assistance and setting clear next steps.
