Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on boards, career pages, and social networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment criteria.
• Screen resumes and applications and update the ATS.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
