Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a CDI Auditor to oversee quality assurance of clinical documentation and support CDI specialists. This onsite role based in BGC, Taguig City requires experience in CDI or coding audits within healthcare or BPO settings.

You'll monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, maintain QA records, and collaborate with Operations, Training, and HR. Requires BSN, licensed RN (PHRN or USRN), and CDI/coding credentials.

Qualifications

• BSN graduate with nursing licensure (PRC or USRN).
• CDI or coding audit experience in healthcare or BPO.
• Professional certifications such as CCDS, CDIP, or CCS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities and CDI audits to improve documentation accuracy.
• Monitor CDI team performance using productivity and quality metrics.
• Provide coaching and training to CDI specialists.
• Maintain QA records and audit findings.
• Collaborate with Ops, Training, and HR for onboarding and client calibration.
