Job summary

A healthcare organization in Taguig is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist to manage daily operations and oversee performance. This on-site role requires a graduate of a medical course with at least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting or hospital. Candidates must have a background in coding and be familiar with ICD9 or ICD10 standards. The position includes a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Responsible for daily operations of the organizations CDI Specialists.
• He/She will be primarily responsible for managing the Clinical Documentation Specialists staff and their performance, productivity, and accuracy including daily concurrent initial and follow up reviews, appropriate and compliant documentation queries, interactions with coders, and the patient care team.
• Works collaboratively with the Manager of IP Coding and providers to ensure quality clinical documentation to support appropriate severity of illness, expected risk of mortality and complexity of patient care.
• Oversees orientation and education of new providers to the organization\'s CDI program.
• Graduate of any Medical courses
• Candidates at least with Coding Background of any PSG Coding, PS Coding, RS Coding
• With 2 years Experience as CDI
• With Total of 5 years experience in Clinic Setting or Hospital type
• Required experience ICD9 OR ICD10

Licenses and Certificates

• Any of the following CCS, CCDS, CCF, CDIP, CRCR, CPHQ

• Work Set up On site in Robinsons Taguig
• US Account / Night shift from 9pm - 6am
• Probationary to Regular
• Need 1 Headcount
