Job summary

MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including BPO, IT, and engineering.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with hiring managers to meet hiring priorities. The role requires strong sourcing and engagement skills, experience with ATS and Boolean search, and the ability to handle high-volume and niche roles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5+ years of recruitment experience across multiple industries.
• Experience recruiting for BPO, IT, Engineering, Finance/AP-AR and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, job boards, and networking tools.
• Ability to understand technical and specialized job requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from requisition intake to candidate placement and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop recruitment strategies based on role complexity and timelines.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct targeted searches for specialized positions and build talent pools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions and reporting.
