MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our RPO team supporting U.S.-based clients.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience, and developing sourcing strategies for niche and high-volume roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of filling difficult-to-source U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• RPO environment experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success recruiting niche, specialized, and difficult-to-fill U.S. roles locally.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clients across multiple industries and functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for niche and high-volume requisitions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Provide market insights and recommend recruitment strategies to improve outcomes.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding transitions.
