Job summary

SF Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Logistics/Dispatch Coordinator to manage real-time communication, transport coordination, and customer service for vehicle transport operations. You will engage with clients, drivers, and field teams to ensure timely updates and efficient service.

The role emphasizes accuracy in updates, proactive problem-solving, and seamless collaboration with internal teams. The position requires onsite work in Calamba, Laguna and a rotating six-day week.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch coordination, automotive transport, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in finished vehicle logistics (FVL) or automotive transport is an advantage.
• Familiarity with car carriers, multi-car haulers, flatbeds, or other specialized transport vehicles is an advantage.
• Proficient in using instant messaging platforms such as Viber, Messenger, and WeChat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and respond effectively to time-sensitive operational concerns.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna.
• Willing to work 6 days per week on a rotating sched.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Communication and Monitoring: Coordinate with clients, drivers, and field teams through Viber, Messenger, WeChat, and other communication platforms to provide timely operational updates.
• Transport Coordination: Monitor vehicle transport schedules, dispatch activities, delivery progress, and other operational requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to transport delays, schedule changes, roadside incidents, and other urgent operational concerns.
• Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients, provide accurate status updates, address inquiries, and manage service-related concerns professionally.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle transport.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transport updates, customer communications, incidents, and operational concerns.
• Communication Accuracy: Ensure that all updates are clear, timely, and properly relayed to the relevant parties to minimize miscommunication.
