Job summary

Foundever® in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide first-line desktop support, install PCs, and resolve user issues within a call center environment.

The role includes on-site responsibilities at Ayala-30th, night-shift scheduling, and coordination with network and application engineers to ensure high end-user satisfaction. Strong Windows knowledge and ticketing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of work experience in troubleshooting PC hardware or software issues; customer service; initiative; team player.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office; LAN/WAN networking; tape backup/restore; antivirus procedures; PC image creation helpful.
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala-30th with a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for desktop systems under guidance of Site System Support Sr./Administrator.
• Install PCs and hardware, OS, software images, and resolve issues via the corporate Response Center.
• Monitor production processing and back up data as needed; be backup to Site System Support Sr.
• Follow corporate security policies and procedures.
• Handle end user support and ticketing through the Corporate Response Center and Project Database.
• Perform system upgrades for hardware/software.
• Monitor processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle clerical tasks and maintain documentation.
