Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service experience and ability to work under strict supervision.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration & maintenance of local infrastructure.
• Identify, analyse, troubleshoot & resolve IT incidents & service requests.
• Manage customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
• Provide customer induction & training as required.
