Job summary

The role covers hardware and software troubleshooting, basic cloud administration across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve incidents, document solutions, and maintain reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or internship/entry-level candidates welcome.
• Foundational networking concepts and IT operations knowledge.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems a plus.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, AnyDesk, and cloud platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, internet connectivity, OS, and basic network infrastructure.
• Monitor system and network performance and assist in identifying issues or service interruptions.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, TCP/IP, and network connectivity.
• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
• Manage and document technical concerns through ticketing/ITSM platforms.
• Track incidents, requests, escalations, and resolutions with accurate documentation.
• Support user accounts and access management using Active Directory and cloud platforms.
• Assist with basic cloud administration and troubleshooting across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams or service providers to resolve complex issues.
