Job summary

PaxSigna is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site technical assistance for employees in Cavite Economic Zone. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT assets and inventories.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows/AD knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow. On-site work with manufacturing environments is expected, with collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years supporting LAN, network infrastructure, servers, and PCs.
• 1+ year with networking technologies and Microsoft-based systems.
• 1+ year supporting Active Directory and servers in production.
• Experience with Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience with wired and wireless networks, network design/implementation.
• Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Office, AD, DHCP; device deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Record, track, and close incidents via the Service Desk system.
• Deliver desktop and end-user support for devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment and network devices.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for servers and network infra.
• Manage IT asset inventories, PC rollouts, and loaner equipment.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
• Support onboarding, IT orientation, and user training.
