Job summary

PaxSigna, a Lennor Group division in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for onsite work in Calabarzon. You will lead IT projects with global teams across time zones, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires strong PMO discipline, stakeholder management, and excellent presentation skills, with experience across enterprise systems, change management, and post-Go-Live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team projects with enterprise scope.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation ability.
• Experience with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects with global teams to deliver on scope, time, and budget.
• Manage full project lifecycle per PMO methodologies and standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: charters, schedules, budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders.
• Establish and execute project communication plans.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage changes in line with policies and approvals.
• Plan meetings, record minutes, and assign actions.
• Monitor performance and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate post-Go-Live support and handover to operations.
