Job summary

Coherent Philippines Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support specialist to join our on-site team in Laguna. You will provide frontline user support and maintain network and computing services to ensure high availability.

Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, and collaboration with the IT team and external vendors to sustain global infrastructure and local initiatives in the Philippines. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in IT support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• >2 years IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing setting.
• Strong end-user support and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AD, O365, and common desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive monitoring and support of computing and network services.
• Deliver frontline Philippines Production site support and end-user assistance.
• Assist network and server administration per standards and best practices.
• Communicate status of issues to users and update documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT team to support global infrastructure and local initiatives.
