Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our onsite Global IT Team. You will manage escalated service desk tasks, provide hands-on infrastructure support, and execute Azure DevOps work items for project delivery, change management, and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher IT-related degree; vendor certs encouraged.
• Enterprise environment experience (2000+ users) and Office 365 admin.
• Hands-on networking, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and centralized management.

Responsibilities

• Handle L1 GITOPs escalations and patching.
• Support delivery center infrastructure and connectivity.
• Drive project work in Azure DevOps and change management.
• Maintain security analyses and documentation.
