Job summary

OfficePartners in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join the IT Operations team onsite. You will provide internal IT support to employees with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, account management, and Tier 1 helpdesk support.

You will work with local IT staff to troubleshoot issues, manage access, and ensure employees have the technology and systems they need. This role offers hands-on experience in an internal IT Operations environment and exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with IT knowledge or internship experience welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console).
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop, account, software, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple IT requests.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees with account setup, system access, and hardware.
• Offboard departing employees with access revocation and data handling.
• Handle Tier 1 IT helpdesk tickets and provide basic issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot passwords, accounts, email, apps, devices, and connectivity.
• Create and manage user accounts, groups, and shared drives/mailboxes.
• Set up computers and software for new hires.
• Coordinate device purchases with IT vendors as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and update systems.
• Follow IT security, access management, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
