Job summary

BS INDUSTRIAL & CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator in the Philippines (Nueva Ecija) to build and sustain positive client relationships and respond to inquiries via email, text, and phone.

You will prepare sales quotations, source and negotiate prices with suppliers, issue Delivery Orders, and ensure orders are arranged and delivered accurately. Additional duties as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop positive relationship with clients.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and requests via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Prepare sales quotations.
• Source, check & negotiate price for products purchase with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Order to customers.
• Ensure Customer’s Order to be properly arranged & delivered.
• Any other job duties as assigned by Management.
