Fastlink Warehousing Services Inc in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement, onsite in Paranaque City.

With 5–6 years in HR and hands-on supervision of 3–5 staff, you will ensure labor-law compliance, resolve employee relations issues, and drive performance processes while coordinating with government filings and office administration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with efficiency and organization.
• Minimum 5-6 years of comprehensive HR experience.
• Senior or supervisory experience with 4+ years.
• Experience managing teams of 3-5 people.
• Knowledge of government benefits and Philippine labor laws.
• Practical application of Philippine labor law compliance.
• Experience with employee relations and grievances.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, multi-tasking, and priority-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement.
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hire.
• Maintain employment records, HRIS setup, and background checks.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits and contracts.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and investigations.
• Attend labor-related cases or mediations.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Execute HR programs and stay updated on Philippine regulations.
• Lead performance management and supervise the HR team.
• Oversee office administration to maintain a safe work environment.
• Plan and supervise admin activities and events.
• Provide timely administrative support to all departments.
• Prepare government filings and license/accreditation documents.
• Prepare operational process flows.
• Report directly to the President and handle ad-hoc tasks.
