Tap Growth ai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Metro Manila. You will assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, and inquiries while guiding them to informed choices and quality care.

The role welcomes seniors high school graduates or college undergraduates with no experience, requiring good English and a customer-first attitude. Shifting schedules and onsite work are part of the arrangement.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduates — no experience required.
• College undergraduates — no experience required.
• Junior high school graduates or high school graduates under the old curriculum — at least 0–6 months of voice experience.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work onsite.
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and claims.
• Educate members about healthcare options, benefit plans, and quality care providers.
• Assist members with appointment scheduling and connect them with the appropriate internal specialists.
• Provide timely resolutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help members, families, healthcare facilities, and health professionals feel confident in the care and support they receive.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while delivering exceptional service.
