Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers across Australia and other international markets from our onsite location at SM Downtown, CDO. You will handle enquiries, orders, returns, and service requests, collaborating with the Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or e-commerce, strong English communication, and familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Amazon

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, e-commerce support, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience handling customer enquiries via email, chat, or customer service platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Amazon Seller Central or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable supporting Australian or international customers.
• Willingness to work hours aligned with Australian business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and platforms professionally and promptly.
• Process orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and updates using Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.
• Manage wholesale, corporate, B2B, and D2C orders accurately.
• Provide customers with product, sizing, shipping, and order information.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on stock, fulfillment, delays, lost parcels.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and order records.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized workflows and meet service levels for response/resolution times.
• Assist with customer service reporting, knowledge base updates, FAQs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to a positive remote team environment.
