Qualifications

Experience in an international voice account is preferred.
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Good English communication skills.
NBI clearance required.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls for an international BFSI account.
Provide professional and accurate assistance regarding customer concerns and account-related inquiries.
Resolve issues efficiently while following company and client policies.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Adapt to a shifting work schedule, including possible night shifts.
