HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced international BPO voice agents to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide solutions, and deliver excellent customer service onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). The role requires strong English communication and prior international voice experience.

Work schedule is 24/7 shifting with any 2 days off per week. Start date is September 21, 2026. Onsite role with Day 1 HMO benefit and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

• Minimum 2 years international voice BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge.
