Job summary

TASQ is seeking a senior Finance & Accounting leader in Ortigas (Pasig) to oversee month-end close, ensure accurate financial statements, and optimize P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

The role leads the accounting team, coordinates internal and external audits, and supports budgeting and cash flow forecasting for strategic decisions.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of finance experience, at least 2 years in supervision, and CPA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading a team.
• Direct experience in Retail and/or BPO sectors mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes per accounting standards.
• Direct and optimize core financial cycles: P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Supervise accounting staff and foster a culture of growth and excellence.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely tax filings.
• Assist leadership in budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.
