We are hiring for a Sr Accounting Manager/Controller for a client located in Ortigas, Pasig City.

This is an onsite work and follows a regular Mon to Fri Schedule.

Salary pays up to 170K package based on experience.

The Controller/Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting and revenue reporting activities and establishing policies and procedures to guide financial decisions and protection of company assets. He/she monitors, assists, and trains accounting staff and assigns tasks for the smooth operations of the accounting and revenue audit departments.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the accounting operations of the company. Implements consistent accounting policies, procedures and practices in the accounting and revenue audit departments.
• Prepares financial and special reports to provide the status of the financial condition of the company by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
• Prepares budgets and analyzes budget variances to initiate corrective actions.
• Processes payroll and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensures that tax returns are filed and paid on time and provides tax planning to legally reduce tax costs.
• Hires, trains, and supervises accounting staff; set the department\'s operational strategies and priorities.
• Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
