Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA license/certification required.
• 15+ years of experience in finance.
• Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to provide financial insights for executive decisions.
• Ability to make timely and informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate financial data and compile/submission of reports.
• Oversee finance department operations, budgeting, and policy reviews.
• Supervise quarterly/annual reconciliations and tax compliance.
• Advise executives on financial decisions and forecasts.
• Document and communicate company financial status and forecasts.
• Mediate between organization, stakeholders, and investors on financial issues.
• Create strategic business plans based on financial analyses.
