Job summary

Tasq Work is hiring a Senior Finance & Accounting Lead to oversee month-end and year-end closes, manage P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles, and mentor the accounting staff.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance, with 2+ years in leadership, preferably with Retail or BPO experience, CPA preferred, and strong ERP proficiency. You will ensure compliance, provide insightful reporting, and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
