Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 15+ years of background experience in finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager.
• Active CPA license/certification required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to provide financial insights for executive decision-making.
• Ability to make timely and informed decisions in a fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
