Job summary

The trainer will develop materials and use interactive methods, simulations, and assessments to measure impact and drive continuous improvement across departments located in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Finished at least 2 years in college
• Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer
• Preferred: Retail background, but can be a trainer for any customer service accounts

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Assessment: identify skill gaps and requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
• Curriculum Development: design and develop training programs, materials, presentations, and online resources for different departments and skill levels.
• Training Delivery: conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using lectures, interactive activities, and simulations.
• Evaluation and Improvement: assess effectiveness via assessments, feedback, and performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
