Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer.
• Retail background preferred, but trainers for any CS account are eligible.
• Demo training based on provided approaches; ability to create a time-handling demo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development: creating guides, manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Training delivery: conducting sessions via classroom, workshops, and role-plays.
• Performance evaluation & coaching: assess training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Needs assessment & collaboration: identify skill gaps with management and plan solutions.
