Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching efforts with overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards.
• Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
