Job summary

TRND Marketing Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow assigned brand accounts across major e-commerce platforms in Cupang, Muntinlupa.

You will be the key contact for marketplace operations, campaign planning, sales performance, livestream initiatives, and day-to-day account growth, coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns on time and achieve targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Account Management, Marketplace Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest or relevant academic/internship experience in e-commerce may be considered.
• For more experienced openings, 2-3 years of relevant E-Commerce experience preferred, especially with Shopee and/or TikTok Shop.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller/merchant centers, campaign tools, promotions, vouchers, affiliate programs, and marketplace analytics.
• Experience with livestream selling and/or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and account management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and multiple internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and overall performance of assigned e-commerce accounts.
• Serve as the main account contact for marketplace-related concerns, updates, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor storefront health, product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and other platform activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of marketplace updates and campaign requirements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop promotional strategies and campaign plans based on monthly sales targets and platform events.
• Prepare monthly campaign calendars covering promotions, vouchers, ads, livestreams, and other commercial activities.
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of major campaigns such as double-digit campaigns, payday sales, flash sales, and other platform-specific events.
• Work with internal teams to ensure all campaign requirements are completed within deadlines.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on results.
