Qualifications

• Experience in BPO/customer service is preferred but not required depending on account
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and typing skills are required
• Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work in Roxas City
