What are we looking for?

• Advanced English (B2+ − C1).
• 1‑2 years of experience in BPO or customer service.

• Knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Completed high school diploma.
• 18 years or older with complete documentation (CURP, NSS, Tax Certificate, etc.).
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
