Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
• At least B2 English communication proficiency.
• Customer Care Experience (CCE) is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer issues using appropriate troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout every customer interaction
• Meet assigned performance targets, including productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Participate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement activities
