Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear English proficiency.
• Strong listening and empathy skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, telephone equipment, and customer service software.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our systems.
• Following established protocols and quality standards while managing calls.
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality metrics.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
• Processing orders, refunds, and other transactions as required.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and escalating issues appropriately.
• Maintaining a professional and positive demeanour in all customer interactions.
