Qualifications

• Open to fresh college graduates with a degree requiring excellent communication skills and understanding of customer service.
• Completed 2 years in college or SHS Graduates are welcome to apply.
• With at least 12 months of BPO experience
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Add experience in handling escalations preferred.
• Computer experience
