Job summary

SAI Group in Metro Manila invites a reliable, detail‑oriented Control Room Operator to monitor our control room systems, respond to incidents and alerts, and coordinate with internal teams from our Eastwood, Quezon City site.

The role requires maintaining accurate incident logs and shift reports, following established procedures and escalation paths, and handing over follow‑ups clearly at each shift change; rotating nights, weekends, and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, SOC, security monitoring, dispatch, or coordination role.
• Experience using Guardhouse, Flowfinity, or similar operations/incident management platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• control room systems and operational activities throughout the shift
• Respond promptly to incidents, alerts, and operational issues
• Coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, and stakeholders when incidents arise
• Maintain accurate incident logs, records, and shift reports
• Follow established procedures, escalation protocols, and operational standards
• Complete accurate shift handovers and ensure follow‑up actions are recorded
